      Returns & Exchanges

      We offer hassle-free returns on all domestic orders. To initiate a return, simply contact us at usspecshop@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will respond with step-by-step return or exchange instructions within 24 hours.

      To qualify for a full refund (minus original shipping costs), products must be returned:

      • In unopened condition
      • In the original manufacturer packaging
      • With all items packed as originally shipped

      Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure all parts and accessories are securely packed, as we are not responsible for any items that become loose or damaged in transit due to improper repackaging.

      Order Cancellations

      If you choose to cancel your order or no longer want the item, you may return it under the conditions listed above. A refund will be issued for the full product price, less the original shipping cost.

      Shipping Issues

      If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or the customer was unavailable to sign for the package (if signature was required), the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
